A BIT ABOUT ME

I help people get the results they want- in a non boring yet sustainable way

I believe in finding the side of fitness which doesn't make you hate every second of things - because you don't have to!


With both nutrition & training - I help my clients achieve the results they are aiming for without giving up their social lives, or spending hours upon hours in the gym

 

If you want to achieve results that you can maintain long term- you HAVE to achieve them in a sustainable way that you don't despise!

Having trained people for 10 years, as well as competed at a high level of bodybuilding myself, I work with people with all ranges of goals, from wanting to lose a few kg's, wanting to gain muscle & build shape, to rehabbing for injuries

Throughout my own training I have had my own set backs with injuries, a huge part of my coaching is ensuring that there is a big focus on form, and the correct prescription of movement for each individual

I have also taken a number of courses and qualifications on biomechanical movement and injury rehabilitation, this is such an important area that I feel is overlooked by many in the fitness space
